1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ki888 ("ki888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ki888 website located at https://ki888.bio and all associated services, games, betting products, promotions, and mobile experiences (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering a ki888 account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, claiming any bonus or promotion, or making any financial transaction through the Platform, you unconditionally confirm that:
- You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one ki888 account at any time. You may not register or operate a second account under any circumstances, including but not limited to: using a different name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ki888 will close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
2.4 Personal Use Only
Your ki888 account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you use your account on behalf of any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of ki888 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions, you must register a ki888 account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
3.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of deposited funds. 3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ki888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
ki888 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) checks at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers a review. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the past three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. ki888 will process your documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Withdrawals may be held pending completion of a satisfactory KYC review. ki888 will aim to complete standard verification reviews within three business days of receiving all requested documents.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ki888 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ki888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times and minimum/maximum transaction limits apply as set out below.

4.2 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ki888 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
- Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identified.
- ki888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing review before funds are dispatched. Standard processing time is one to three business days.
- You must complete any applicable KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically dispatched within 24 hours of approval.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
ki888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 5, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered ki888 accounts only. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. ki888 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within this period.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion terms.
- Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
- ki888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that changes will not adversely affect a bonus already accepted and actively being wagered through.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ki888 Platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti), slots, crash games, and video poker. Game-specific rules are also published within each game's help section on the Platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Validity
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by ki888's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been fully confirmed due to technical interruption, connectivity issues, or system error are not valid. ki888 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets that failed to complete due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
ki888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where:
- The bet was placed after an event has already started or concluded (in the case of pre-match markets).
- The odds or game outcome were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed error.
- There is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider information associated with the bet.
- The bet would result in an overall liability that exceeds ki888's stated maximum payout limit for the event or market in question.
6.2 Manifest Errors
In the event that odds, game payouts, or other pricing information is published due to a manifest error (including human error, software fault, or incorrect data feed), ki888 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to re-settle such bets at the correct price or return stakes at its discretion. A manifest error is one that would have been obvious to a reasonable person at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Maximum Payouts
ki888 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day across both sports betting and casino games. These limits are published within the relevant game and betting sections of the Platform. No player is entitled to receive a payout that exceeds the stated maximum limit, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game or bet.
6.4 Disconnection Policy
If you experience a disconnection during a live casino game round or while a sports bet is in-play, ki888's system will complete the game round or settle the bet according to the game's standard rules and the data available at the point of disconnection. ki888 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your side.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ki888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access ki888 while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing an underage individual to use your account.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one ki888 account simultaneously, for any reason.
- Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's identity or payment methods on ki888.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games without human input.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, share information during live games to gain unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the integrity of a game.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers through strategies designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns, matched betting using ki888 funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
- Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or networks without authorisation, or exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
- Money laundering: Using the ki888 Platform for the purpose of laundering money or any other financial crime.
- Abusive behaviour: Using offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive language or behaviour toward ki888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
ki888 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will not receive advance notice of account action where doing so would compromise the integrity of an ongoing investigation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
ki888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances outlined below. Suspension or closure does not affect ki888's right to retain funds, void bets, or take further action where a breach of these Terms is established.
8.1 Grounds for Account Action
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
- A legally binding instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund restriction.
- Your request for voluntary self-exclusion under ki888's Responsible Gaming programme.
- Inactivity: accounts that have remained inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee as stated in the Platform's account terms.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your ki888 account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, ki888 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in a full lock on your account for the period you select. 8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ki888's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. ki888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits ki888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8.5 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ki888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ki888 operates the Platform as a service for entertainment purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
